What does Pilot actually do?
Pilot helps you find recent job listings by role and location. You choose the jobs, and an agent visits each company's application page, fills out the form using your profile, and attaches your CV. You can follow each application's status in your account.
Do I get to choose where I apply?
Yes. You review the search results and select the jobs you want before starting applications. Your profile and documents are yours to update as your search changes.
Will it make up answers on my behalf?
Pilot is instructed to use the facts in your profile and CV. If a required question needs information you haven't provided, it flags the application for your attention instead of guessing.
What if an application needs a login or CAPTCHA?
Some applications need a human step. When Pilot encounters a login, CAPTCHA, or a question it can't answer, it marks the application as “Needs you” and explains what needs attention. Not every application can be completed automatically.
Does it use LinkedIn Easy Apply?
Pilot follows a job's application link to the employer's own career site. It doesn't submit applications through LinkedIn Easy Apply.
